The 2023 U.S. News and World Report rankings were released on March 29, and the Brown School continues to be rated among the best in the nation.
The school of social work maintained its rank of #2, and the public health program continues to be the highest-ranked program among a field of public health schools at #19.

Both she and Rodrigo Reis, also interim co-dean, agree that administrative teams provide incredible support to faculty and 黑料社s and have been critical in maintaining operations throughout the pandemic.

Brown School faculty are among the most published and most-cited in the nation and known for rigorous, transdisciplinary research aimed at addressing pressing social issues, with a particular eye to eliminating health and economic disparities.
The co-deans are ready to focus on implementing the core commitments and strategic priorities in Driving Equity 2030, which sets a new standard of distinction in the school鈥檚 dedication to equity and commitment to impact. The Brown School will continue to be a bold leader within social work, public health, and social policy, working tirelessly to solve real-world problems through rigorous science, transformative educational programs, and mutually beneficial partnerships.
